Charles Moore has spent the last twenty years working in all aspects of Atlanta's real estate industry. From investment sales to portfolio management, land acquisition and residential development, Charles brings a wealth of experience to the table on behalf of his clients. As Qualifying Broker, Charles oversees all operations for Newport Realty.
Charles was formerly founder and managing member of Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC, a fully integrated real estate operating company focused on the buying, managing, and leasing of shopping centers. Founded in 2002, the company purchased 16 shopping centers totaling over 1.2 million square feet with an aggregate value of over $120 million dollars. Prior to Broad Reach, Charles was a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis in Atlanta and headed a 15 person team covering investment sales in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA with concentrations in real estate, finance, and strategic management from the University of Georgia. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Georgia.
